abstract expressionist painter looking for new studio

Salut, I am Marie, an abstract expressionist painter from Berlin who studied realistic drawing and painting with the talented artist Andrei Krioukov and also art history in Leipzig.
I am looking for a closed studio, 20 to 25 qm, with a sink and windows, €300 to €400. Subletting would be a nice solution for the first months. If there is somebody who thinks about traveling in the summer, I could also recommend a studio in Berlin, in the same building where my studio is located.
